We believe once a Homeshield customer always a Homeshield customer, that's why we guarantee that any after sales call or query will be afforded the same attention as any other. We will also complete a full service report to explain, if any service works need to be carried out. On completion of these works you simply sign to confirm the work has been completed to your satisfaction.

Homeshield platinum 10 year guarantee
In conjunction with our suppliers, this guarantee will cover all PVCu installed products which relate to the contract number overleaf, against discolouring, warping and cracking plus any sealed unit failure. If you do have any problems you need to provide us with written details within the guarantee period. This guarantee also covers you for any of our products which may not be manufactured by Homeshield and carry the same guarantee as offered by the product manufacturers

Also the guarantee can be transferred if you sell your home for a total period of ten years from the original installation date.
